That may be a problem on the recipient's end that you cannot fix. Email
yourself and see if the links work. If they do, then you don't have a
problem, the recipient does.
This is probably a problem at the recipients end as Steve posted already.Send the
following info as contained in the link below to the recipient and ask Him\her to
follow the instructions in there. The fix also applies to Windows Mail so just
ignore the heading and the other email client in there.
You can tell the recipient to copy\paste the link into his\her browser to open it
