I am new to XP, with my new computer. No url's will click in my Outlook Express.
If I receive a link to a web page in an email, it doesn't work. When I click on help, Microsoft
on the web, it doesn't work. None of my links in Outlook Express are clickable. I've checked
every setting I can think of and nothing works. Thanks in advance to
anyone with ideas.
