links keep giving me "page not found"

F

FireBrick

I frequently visit one particular web site.
Each page has a couple links to other pages at the site.

but, when I single clicks, I frequently get a 'page not found' error.
go back, and click on the same link again almost always works.

It happens approximately half the time.
The second attempt is almost always successful.

I've used different mice.
I've tried it on a different computer.
I've change the mouse click speed.

Anybody have an idea why this is happening?
It's very frustrating.
