Linking to a database on the server drive

I'm attempting to link a 'front end' database to one on our server drive. I
get the following error message:

"File is located outside your intranet or untrusted site. MS Access will not
open the file due to potential security problems.

To open file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location."

I can open any other file from the server drive. But I can't link these two
databases.

You receive an error message when you try to open an Access 2002 database from a Web Server:

Intranet site is identified as an Internet site when you use an FQDN or an IP address:
