Linking Presentations

I currently have slide presentations broken down by day taught for a class
and would like to like them to a seperate presentation I will use to print a
workbook for students to follow along in. I want the workbook to be linked
to each days presentation so that if changes are made it will automaticly
update the workbook. I'm fairly new to the ins and outs of ppt and was
looking for some assistance in this.

Hello MillerK,

You could send the presentation to Word with a link so that any changes will
update.

Choose File + Send to + Microsoft Word. You can then choose how you would
like you slide to be shown. If you use the Notes section of PowerPoint to
explain your slide you can choose "Notes next to slides" if not I usually
choose "Blank lines next to slides".

At the bottom choose Paste Link (this controls if the presentation updates)
+ OK

This will open it in Word and you could add Headers & Footers Etc.

Judith,

Thanks for the response, this is very helpful and would work perfectly
except for one thing. The master slideshow has slides containing questions
with answers. Is there a way I could link the master slideshow to another
ppt with only the questions or slide selective and then the second slideshow
to the word doc?
