Linking headers and footers

How do I attach the headers and footers across all work
sheets in a work book. It's easy in word and appears
difficult in Excel. All I want to do is have the same
header on each page, have all pages in the workbook in
order and the footer saying page X of Y with the Y being
equal to the total pages of the workbook.

Hi
just select all sheets prior to changing the pagesetup (hold down the
SHIFT key while selecting the sheets). Also print all worksheets to get
this kind of numbering
