Linked Table Manager - Query using an Excel file

I have an Excel file that I use to update quantities. This used to work, but
now it doesn't. The error I get on the update query is UpdateQuantity$ is
not a valid name. Apparently linked table manager thinks my sheet name has a
"$" at the end. Linked table manager shows UpdateQuantity (U:\Update
Quantity.xlsx\UpdateQuantity$) Is there a way to fix this, or do I have to
delete the table link and recreate it? Thanks for any help on this.

I would delete the link and recreate it. If that doesn't solve the problem
you may have some corruption in your database itself. Then I would delete
the link, compact the database, and recreate the link.
