R Ramana Murthy Nov 3, 2003 #2 ben, create the hyperlink to the file in the usual way. let's say the link is like this: C:\Murthy\GM\CMD Presentation\For RBI.ppt if you want to link to say - slide no.10 specifically, add #10 to the end of the above file description. now, the link will look like this C:\Murthy\GM\CMD Presentation\For RBI.ppt#10 hope this helps, murthy
