Link Outlook Calendar in MS Access

Could anybody please tell me how to correctly create a
linked table of Outlook calendar in MS Access? Thanks
very much.

The biggest problem with linking the calendar as an Access table is that not
all the fields come across even the most important ones like who the
appointment is with and the appointment date and time (how silly MS).

I would suggest you have a look at the free Outlook ActiveX control called
Outlook View Control that comes with Office XP or download the 2000 version
from MS. This way you can fully incorporate outlook in your database with
email, calendar, tasks etc

If you want to see an example of how you could use it download our Jackaroo
IT v2 Beta from our website and select use outlook in the user options form.
