Link bar error message

I am running FP2002 and FP2002 Server Extentions are running on the hosting
web site. (Confirmed by the fact that custom link bars work properly.)
However, every time I modify a page I get an error message during publish
which says "The following pages in your website contain link bars or
navigation bars that use new formatting options. They will not display
properly because the server you are publishing to does not support these
features."

In addition, I can't change the theme of the navigation bars to something
other than the page's theme. It displays correctly on the local copy but
doesn't publish to the hosting site correctly.

Are you working locally under the FP 2002 SE to or working only online under FP 2002 SE

I develop locally and then publish up to the hosting site.

Then you need to be running a local server w/ the FP 2002 SE (IIS) not disc based webs
