Lines & Backgrounds

Hi all!

I am hoping you can help me - I am doing a presentation and am a bit stuck
now (well, a lot!).

I have created a circle that represents a football. Within the football is a
Pentagon. I need to create 5 sections around the pentagon and the only way i
can do this is by drawing lines for each section. However, these shapes
around the pentagon need to hyperlink to another page and I can't seem to be
able to do this. I am also unable to format the colour in between these lines
without the whole page changing colour. I've tried using freeform (am using
PowerPoint 2007) but it's so fiddly and I can't get the right shape. I have
an example of the shapes I need, if needed.

If anyone knows what i am going on about, could you please help me - this is
the only part of the presentation that i can't suss.

Thank you in advance.

Try starting with a pie chart with 5 equal segments (either a real graph or
construct it using the "Pie" shape in more autoshapes (2002/3) or in 2007
from shapes) then add a regular hexagon in front and centred.

Is that what you mean?
