Windows Vista line break

I use Office 2003 outlook and often get messages saying "extra line breaks removed".Can someone tell me what this means?I can`t seem to find an answer i can understand on line.Maybe me being a bit thick!

Its just extra 'new lines' Think its mostly if not always in plain text emails iirc.
