Limiting parental controls to standard users only is a big handic

i have Vista and is Microsoft doing anything about letting an admintrator
user have parental controls. there are more than one adminstrator on our pc.
Right now only standard users can have controls on them, but this limits them
to control their pc as an adminitrator. All I want is to control their access
to the internet, they shouldnt have to get permission everytime they want to
delete a file etc. I want restriction only for internet related access but
want them to be able to have liberty as an admin for other applications etc.

There's an old argument in theology that goes something like this:

If God is truly omnipotent, then that means he can create a rock that even
he can't lift, right?

The same is true here - if you allow parental controls to restrict an
administrator, then who gets to set those controls in place?

Super-Administrator?

No, Administrator is it - if you're an administrator, you can do pretty much
anything to the system, or give yourself enough powers to get the same
effect. If you were able to turn parental controls on your kids' accounts
while they are logging on as administrator, they'd only turn them back off
again.
