Limited Users -- controlling program access

I assume there is a way to control which programs a limited user can access.
For example, I just created a limited user account but I don't want that
limited user to have access to certain programs such as Cleanup 123 and
QuickBooks (the computer is running on Windows XP Home Edition).

Can I do that? If so, how?

Thanks! I think that should do it. I checked out the link but still have
to read through it.

Before posting, I tried doing a ton of searching but couldn't find what I
wanted. Then, from another post (either here or the xp.general or
xp.configure.manage group), I just found this link
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sharedaccess/default.mspx . But, this
one seems more complicated than the link you posted.

So, thanks again.
