Limited account

Good evening,

I have two accounts one administrative and one limited. Limited account
cannot access the IE always I found ....non responsive program....somthing
like this. When I change to administrative account there is no problem but
the limited account has the same problem. Whenever I start my machine,
always it shows ....new program installed....but I did not install any new
programs. I reinstalled the operating system but still haviing the same
problem. Please kindly help me to fix this problem.

maybe you should temporary grant the limited account "administrative
privilege" to let it finish whatever it needs to install then tighten it
belt.

I have the same problem with linited accounts - First I tried adding passwords to them , still won't allow use of IE - next I switched them to administartors, worked fine, changed them back to limited with pass word, it worked until I logged them off and logged them back on, then no use of ie - ie comes up just won't allow access to the internet -- any help out there - looks like a lot of people have this problem - cable (always connected) IE won't allow access to the web but if you go to say Media Player and ask it to check on updates it allows it to connect and check!!!! Only IE evidently restricts access!
