limit users to use only forms (security, access, write only)

Hello-
I have a database that has tables and forms. I don't want the users to use
the tables or be able to delete any data. I want them to be able to use the
form to create records. I want them to only have write access, not delete
access.

Is there ANY way to secure this other than putting a password on the entire
database?

Just to add... ULS is available in database format, *.mdb, Access 2003 and
prior. The new database format, *.accdb does not have ULS.
