Limit number of terminal connection?

N

news.microsoft.com

Hi all,
By default, the Windows 2000 server terminal service administration mode
allows only two concurrently connection through terminal service clients.
Is there a way that I can set the limit to 1 connection at a time?

Thanks,
Khoa

You can limit the number of connection to the server by doing the following:
1. On the server bring up the Terminal Server Configuration
2. Under Connections, bring up properties of the RDP-Tcp
3. On the Network adapter tab change to the Maximum connections and set it
to 1.

This will limit the number of RDP connections to the server to 1 at a time
so who ever disconnects would need to logout of the server in order for
another person to connect.
