LifeCam VX-3000 freezes while using Yahoo Messenger

Hi. I have Vista 32-bit version on my computer. I noticed while using this
webcam while on Yahoo Messenger, the camera is always freezing. Any
suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks!

Check with the manufacturer for a firmware update. This is not the same as a
driver update, it is a change to the instruction set housed in the
electronics of the device.
