On my start up, this message keeps on popping up:

AUTO UPDATE.EXE-UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT


X This application has failed to start because LIBEXPAT.DLL was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

OK

It takes several minutes to load or use Internet Explorer or Window
explorer. etc.
How do you reinstall the application?

Help pls. thank you.

Hi Bill,you really don't want to reinstall it it is
scumware you want to remove it.
