LG L1917S 19" tft - good for games?

hey

i`ve seen this LG TFT
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=158951 and
it seems well spec'ed. question is, is it actually as good as it seems?

i know the general rule of thumb where ya get what you pay for, but i`m
looking for a pair of no-frills 19" TFT

it's primarily for gaming, mainly FPS's (half-life2, call of duty, UT2k4
etc) but the odd racer has been know to be play.

all i really need to know is does it give some nice colours, and does
the stated 12ms response time keep ghost/motion blur down to an absolute
minimum?

the alternative is a £50UKP less 17" iiyama Pro-lite E435S. which has
come highly recommended for games.

I looked for a 15 or 17 inch LG Panel (cause of the price).On the
web,i found out,that LG TFTs are really bright but otherwise good for
their money.So look at this TFT at your local Store,if its ok for you.
