Hi there, I'm new on the forum.

I'm having a problem installing a Lexmark z605 printer connected to a DP-301U device. This device act as a interface to convert usb to rj45. It has it's own ip and enable em to connect this printer to a network without need to have a machine turned on.

But I'm not able to instal this printer under my computer. I created a tcp/ip port to make this configuration. Its ok, the device is ok too and printer also ok. Everything was tested separately.

The instalation process flows ok, but when I click "finish" it gives me the "Spooler Subsystem App" Error Report.

And after the "Unable to Install printer. Operation could not be completed. [OK]" error message.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

Oh, yeah! I forgot to say... I'm running windows XP sp2
chmod000
