Hi All,
I have just fitted new geniune lexmark colour and black cartidges to the
printer.
When I went to print the alignment page the cartridge carrier just crashed
from side to side.
The light just flashes if printer is on or off.
All I did was open the front and using the control programme, followed the
instructions on screen.
I have fitted cartridges before with no problem.
I refitted old ones and still crashing back and forth
Nothing seems damaged or loose inside.
Any ideas befor I ditch it?
Any other printers use lexmark 70(black) and 20(colour) ink.
