Lexmark all in one printer p6350 message error

Who can give me some hints to solve a problem with my new all in one printer
lexmark p6350, after installing the software to manage the printer the
program don't start but give me a message error, i have allready got the new
drivers from lexmark website but even so it does not work, the specifications
of my computer are Ok, i have checked already, some hints are very welcome

In (AIOC) there is an error and we have to close the program

Contact Lexmark.... I have to presume at this stage that AIOC is a caller
for the All in One program, so it's Lexmark's developers that should look at
this.
