How do I add the LH choices for text-to-speech in the Speech control-box in
the Control Panel? I've downloaded things from the 2003 page; none of it
helps. Using XP Pro, vers. 2002, SP2 in a new notebook. (After I installed
SP2 on my desktop--also using XP Pro, vers. 2002--I noticed that the LH
voices went missing, leaving only that of MS Sam. But they not long after
returned, I guessed via an update. Searched all those updates today, but
there was no mention in any system updates about restoring Michael &
Michelle. Go figure, I can't.) Thank you.

Had the same problem. Don't know where Michael & Michelle went
but they must be having a good time as they have never returned.
Microsoft Sam is quite boring and needs some competition.
