(Leo) Stop forms to be maximized

Hi,
I have forms for getting user's criteria for my reports, as a type of
dialogue which have no maximized button. When I get report and want to see
the report in full screen, I maximize the window, but when I close the
report, everything else including my dialogue form is also maximized which
seems ugly and unnecessary.
How can I prevent this to happen??
