This site was recommended in class as a tutorial for learning various
web languages. It's beginning level through intermediate or so.

If you use wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) and want to give a
shot at writing more precise code this is a pretty darned good place
to do it.

If you want to begin learming about xhtml its here. This is supposed
to be the upcoming standard for web pages.

Use a popup blocker. It is an ad supported site. The content is well
worth the blocked ads though.

And of course, consider putting your web space (alloted by most ISP's)
to good use. Archive a few hard to find freeware programs and share
the links here!

Good site -- I've recommended it myself.

Besides the tutes, there's a section with interactive code samples on
various topics: left frame's the markup, right frame's the rendering,
and you can play with the markup and see the effect on the rendering.
