Latest try to get BCM 2003 on to Vista

I posted before about this, but I didn't get too far with the problem. i have
tried many times with different configurations to get BCM 2003 to install on
64 bit Vista.

I've even installed the latest MS SQL Server Express SP1 with advanced
options.
The best results I've had so far, was BCM setting up on Outlook, started as
an admin. It built a DB, said it was set up, then crashed. I never get
anywhere with trying to get BCM SP4 to install. It quits with an error as
soon as I click the continue button to install it.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled everything as well with the same results.
Could there be some files stuck somewhere that need to be removed manually so
I can get SP4 to go in? Something tells me if I can get that installed, this
should work. Any help here will be greatly appreciated. I'm getting desperate.

I've run into various odd behavior on my 64-bit Vista machine, but BCM
v3 and Outlook 2007 (both 32 bit) work.

I don't remember the BCM v2 SP4 readme stating that it supports 64-bit
Vista. I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't work, but you may be
the first person to try it.

I noticed some differences in the 64-bit Registry and Program files
folder. Vista automatically installs 32-bit apps in different places
than on other 32 bit OSes. And I've wondered if it always redirects
every Registry call from applications correctly, and checking the
Registry is one thing Setup will be doing before actually installing
the bits.

You may want to check with Microsoft if Vista 64 is supported.

Hi

Thanks for getting back to me. I don't have the 64 bit version of Vista, and
I'm using Outlook/BCM 2003 not 2007. My computer is a 64 bit
