Last scan time reverts

I open AntiSpyware and run a scan - the time details
update on the summary window. I close AntiSpyware and
open it again and the last scan details have been replaced
with the what was there before I ran the scan. Maybe it
is something to do with a limited user account type
running the scan.

In any event I am not impressed. Why is it that software
companies cannot get some of the simple things correct?
If they paid more attention to the simple things then
there would be less problems with the more complex
things. Unless of course the truth is they cannot handle
the simple things which is why so much software has
problems with the more complex issue.

Given this and other faults, can Microsoft have evaluated
this product adequatley before they bought it? The
reality could be that software production is still driven
more by desire for sales than quality, despite what they
would have us try to believe.
