"Last modified" date not changing

M

Michael Ray Brown

Within the bottom borders of each page I have a "Last modified" date.
Whenever I edit a page, it shows the modified date locally. But after I
publish the revised page, the "Last modified" date does not change on the
remote site. The changes are there, but it's still the old date. I've
tried recalculating the hyperlinks, but that doesn't solve the problem. My
Web host says the fault lies at my end. I'm using FrontPage 2003 with all
the updates. Any ideas?

I've tried both kinds: to publish only the changed pages and to upload the
entire site again, overwriting all the pages. It makes no difference.

Use the Change Page Only option, but try the different method for how FP determine the changes.
