last known good config

I had a stop code error 0A, and then did a "last known
good configuration" reboot from the advanced options menu.
Then when I go to windows updates, it says I need about 10
critical updates for my XP home. However after checking in
the add/remove programs and my updates hisory, it shows I
have previously installed all those listed updates. So
does the "last known good" option possibly erase some of
the windows updates history record, and how do I handle it?
thanks, (e-mail address removed)

Yes. Just let them install again.
