Can I send a group of 500+ emails with one email message in Outlook 2003? I
want to use a special stationery background.
 
You could try. Your ISP would probably block it as suspected spam.

Thanks Kevin. I have been doing a mass email (500+) using Word merge with
Outlook and nothing has been blocked. I'm just not sure how to use this new
"stationery" and get the same job done.

If you've been doing it by mail merge before, I don't know what the problem
is. Prepare your document with the stationery you want, then perform the mail
merge from within Word.
