My main issue is that we have a number of laptops that
when offline files are enabled, they frequently go
offline throughout the day for no reason.
Servers are fine as many other users are accessing.
Loading is accpetable and utilisation is average.
Network is 100Mb/Switched connections with less than 10%
utilisation.
Configuration of PC is fine as all desktops have no
issues.
Have raised with Microsoft to speak to someone who nows
the product indepth and work out how the service monitors
for offline (heartbeat/network connectivity etc) but no
joy as yet.
Have tried all of the obvious as I have designed a
20,000+ user AD and XP desktop so this is not an obvious
config one.
Any other experiences of this or information would be
appreciated.
Thanks
