Laptop problem when shutting down - HELP!

Everytime I shut down my laptop (this has happened for the past 6-8 months
now), I get a boxed message right when it shows "Windows - Shutting Down".
This message says something to the effect of: "The instruction at
0x6a2a2fe7 has exceeded its memory..." and then it gives me the option to
press OK or CANCEL (by pressing CANCEL you can debug it - which doesn't
really seem to work at all)
It usually comes up and actually shuts down so fast that I cannot write down
the whole message.
My laptop seems like it's running really slow at times and I've deleted my
unnecessary files and defragged it, run the antivirus scan, spyware scan and
I have a Zone Alarm firewall on it, as well. I've checked for conflicting
programs, hardware, etc but have found none.
I don't know what else to do! Please help - I need to rely on this for my
Real Estate business more and more and it's only about 1.5 yrs old

Thanks, (Suz)

Suzie,

Sounds like an error with ASP.NET (aspnet_state.exe). Its installed as part
of the .NET Framework

Can you look at the event viewer for the event id?

To do this:

Click START | CONTROL PANEL | ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS | EVENT VIEWER

Then post back the results please,
