Laptop Fails to Boot

Friend's Dell Inspiron 5160 fails to boot to XP and then restarts. In safe
boot restarts after loading agpCPQ.sys. No recovery disk available. Appears
to be some sort of driver/service failure but how do I find out which one? Is
there something somewhere that can tell me the order that services are loaded?

You Know Who ~

Too many services are loaded to list them, and they would vary somewhat
depending on your system.
Since you have no recovery disk, its time to call Dell.
