Language support

When I try to write in Arabic language it give me junk
characters instead of the usual arabic letters. Internet
explorer was working so fine and I was able to write in
arabic previously. I tried something but it didn't do
anything.. I have added arabic language in: Internet
Options -> General -> Language

To give an example I have to write in notepad and paste
here this word in arabic:

From Notepad:عربي
From IE: 91(J

Anyhelp would be appreciated .. and thanx in advance

Have you check your Menu: View/Encoding for the correct setting?

Yes I did, it is on windows arabic.
