Language Set-up Difficulties

Hi,

It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could help me. I'm sitting in an
Internet cafe in Thailand and wish to use Frontpage 2003. However, the set-up
of this software is in Thai and I'm afraid that I can't speak this language
(let alone web design using it). Is there a simple way of changing the format
to English. If so, could you tell me how to. Bear in mind that all the script
is in Thai and I will need some instructions that don't include reading any
of the command functions (e.g. New Page, Run, Save, etc. is all in Thai
script).

Thank you very much in advance.

You can change it, you would need to have a English version.
