Language Input to IE 6

Sorry if this is the wrong newsgroup.

I'm trying to type a foreign word into a "Form" "Input" textbox in
Internet Explorer 6. No problem in Mozilla or Firefox, but it doesn't
work with IE. Is there a setting somewhere that I've overlooked to
allow foreign words with diacriticals to be typed into IE?

Here is my Test.html

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Foreign Language Test</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
Type using Czech keyboard:
<FORM>
<INPUT>
</FORM>
</BODY>
</HTML>

See if anything here helps:

Thanks for the reply.

That didn't solve it. I have both English and Czech on my Language
bar. I have also checked the "Default User Account Settings" box.
Czech works fine in MSWord 2000, notepad, Write, etc. I can even type
the Czech into the HTML title and body texts. Only the "INPUT"
textbox on the "FORM" will not accept the letters with diacriticals.
