Landscape vs Portrait

I have a user who can not change his page setup to
landscape. He can print to one printer out of 3 in
landscape mode, but the document won't save as landscape.
I can send him the file in landscape but his Excel
converts it to portrait.

Any ideas?

For whatever reason the printer driver is telling Excel it does not support
landscape mode. You might try installing the latest driver from the printer
manufacturer's site.
