Word 2000. Using 5160 type label. Isn't there a way to create a page of
labels by typing them in one at a time. It seems I can only do one and print
or do one and have the whole page the same.

I want to end up with 30 different names and addresses on one sheet of
labels.

thanks.

Once you have selected the label required, click on the Add to Document
button. This will open a new page of labels so that you can type in a page
of different addresses. Note that label templates are really just Tables, so
if you don't have Table, Gridlines checked, do it so that you can see label
boundaries. Note that you can then save the labels like a normal document
(excellent for saving Christmas Card lists!). If you are going to print
several pages of different labels, then it is worth the effort to learn how
to MailMerge from an address list or database to labels.

Note also that "Add to Document" is the button label for envelopes; for
labels it's called New Document.

IMO: the Avery Wizard (free download)
is much easier to use than Word's templates.

But it has more bugs than my dog.

Admittedly, my uses are simple... but when I use it Avery is
superior to that MS label thingie. Far easier to use and
bug free.
