Labels

I have a document that is a list of addresses. When I want a sheet of
address stickers I just select the appropriate address and use the
Envelopes and Labels tool to prod cue a new document. I use Avery
L7159 labels. This method has worked for years but since installing
the latest Office update the labels are a bit too small and so the
sheet is not filled correctly.

Anyone know what's happened?

Hi Steve-

What do you mean by
the sheet is not filled correctly

It seems odd that the labels should be any _smaller_ as they should be based
on the same template. However, if the list is as old as you suggest, it is
possible that the font is running differently or being substituted for (even
if the old font name is the same as the new).

Also, have you checked to see whether there is an update for your printer
driver?

Hi Steve-

What do you mean by

Exactly that, the vertical pitch is a bit smaller and so the rows of
labels are positioned incorrectly.

Very odd indeed. I could change the template vertical pitch to fix the
positioning but it reads correct at 34mm and that's what the labels
measure.
However, if the list is as old as you suggest, it is
possible that the font is running differently or being substituted for (even
if the old font name is the same as the new).

How would the font change the vertical pitch?

driver?

Haven't updated the driver at all, unless it was part of the Office
update.
