Labels for files

Hi !
I hope somone can help. This is it, I'm trying to print out labels for files. Is there any possible way I can do this without having to feed the label sheet every time for each individual name. As the sheet gets awfully hot continously feeding it into the printer. Is there a template?

After selecting the label type in the Envelopes and Labels dialog, press the
New Document button to get a full sheet of labels. They're set up as a
table, so be sure you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show
Gridlines) so you can see the label boundaries. You should *not* feed a
sheet of labels more than once.

Did you ever get an answer to your questions about labels? I have the same problem and I just can't figure out how to do it
