Kworld MPEG TV Station/PCI Install Problem

I have a HP Pavilion 7935 and am tring to install the
above card. I have tried countless drivers and they all
do the same thing. The drivers begin to install after
finding and identifing he device and after it starts to
reboot it hangs on a black screen. Then I shut down and
restart, nothing is installed and I start all over again.
