My kid typed in a forgotten password into the content
advisor/supervisor tool. Is there a simple way for me to
start over?

How do you know it is a kid? If it was a kid. This info can be found
out by doing a search on Yahoo. Like I did. Some Parents are not
computer savvy like my mother.

By the way I am an adult.
