Keylogger.Trojan

I posted this question on Oct 26 and received only one
response stating I should disable system restore and
reboot. That did not clear the problem. I have been
infected with the Keylogger.Trojan virus which has
attached itself to my msin32.dll file. It apparently
came in when I downloaded XP Service Pack 1. I am
running Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition which found it
immediately but is unable to either remove, fix or
quarantine it because it is attached to a system file. I
am running Microsoft XP Home Edition. I would like to
know if anyone knows how I can get rid of this
nuissance. Please let know. Thanks

Have you read about it at the Symantec site?
Msin32.dll is not a system file. It was supplied by the trojan, so you
must stop it from being used and then get rid of it.

Have a look through these:
