Actually that's not quite the same. Windows Key + M does a minimize all.
Windows Key + D does Show Desktop. A subtle difference that is most
noticeable if you have a tool window up or some other that can't be
minimized.

I know that there is a file for show Desktop that you can create a
shortcut for, but I can't recall at right now.
Let me know if this doesn't help. I found my 'Show Desktop' shortcut
at:

Explorer\Quick Launch
