keyboard mapping

I have used PassMark Software's ( www.passmark.com )
KeyboardTest to identify the scan codes of the Presario
2570US - WinXP keyboard as:

Left = Left one position Window Key Code 37 (0x25)
BIOS Key Code 75 (0x4b)

Right = Right one position Window Key Code 39 (0x27)
BIOS Key Code 77 (0x4d)

Down = Down one line Window Key Code 40 (0x28)
BIOS Key Code 80 (0x50)

Up = Up one line Window Key Code 38 (0x26)
BIOS Key Code 72 (0x48)

these codes are the same even when the fn key, Ctrl key, or
alt key are being held down while striking the arrow keys.

I would like to remap the keys so that the following would
occur when I hold the "alt" key down and strike the:

Left = Home (Leftmost position on the line)
Window Key Code 36 (0x24)
BIOS Key Code 71 (0x47)

Right = End (Right end position on the line)
Window Key Code 35 (0x23)
BIOS Key Code 79 (0x4f)

Down = Page Down Window Key Code 34 (0x22)
BIOS Key Code 81 (0x51)

Up = Page Up Window Key Code 33 (0x21)
BIOS Key Code 73 (0x49)

On the Compaq there are separate keys for the Home, End,
PgDn, & PgUp which are in an awkward position when editing
Word & WordPerfect documents.

How do I rmap these keys as I have outlined? Do you have a
software program which will allow me to assign the codes as
I want to do?
