keyboard loss of use after removing stealthy keylogger - IKS and

I made a big mistake!

Unfortunately, I cannot use my keyboard so excuse my typos.

I made the mistake of removing my stealthy keylogger - IKS
[ from amecisco.com, at www.keylogger.com/iks2000.htm ]
with Microsoft's AntiSpyware beta application.

It found the IKS related files and folder, then deleted
them - along with my ability to use the keyboard.
Now my keyboard does not work.

When I then uninstalled the AntiSpyware app and tried to
restore to the set point I can't.
Will not use any previous set point to give me keyboard
use.

Could a register be in need of changing etc...

Thanks for your help, this is way too much challenge for
my abilities.

As I recall we had a previous go-round with a similar issue--different
keylogger, though.

We got the poster in touch with Microsoft PSS Support, who were quite
willing to help him without charge, but were also unable to fix the keyboard
issue.

Maybe you will have better luck.

Try this page:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=gp;nl;phone

Call one of the phone numbers on that page, and state that you have a
keylogger in place and are seeking the free antivirus or security patch
assistance available for such issues.

Although Microsoft Antispyware is a beta product and as such, no technical
support is available, I am told that mentioning that this is how you found
the keylogger won't disqualify you from support. You are seeking support
for the keylogger issue, not the functionality of Microsoft Antispyware.

Let us know how it comes out?
