keyboard errors

sometimes when creating a new message the question mark key comes up as the
French letter accent E, it's an E with a slash on top. It goes away if I shut
down Mail and restart it. Anyone know what's going on with this?

Check Control Panel | Regional and Language Settings | Keyboards and verify
its correct.
