KERNEL32.DLL

When I try to open the Index under the help section of Arcsoft
Photoimpresssion, I get the following error message:

"the procedure entry point MapSLFix could not be located in the dynamic link
library kernel32.dll"

Can anyone tell me how to fix this as I have NO idea what it is and I am
fairly computer literate.

try to uninstall the program then install it again but make sure before
installation that it supports ur current version of windows
