Kerberos test fialed on netdiag, but kerbtray shows valid tickets

For both the computer and user. Machine was upgraded from XP SP2, and was
in a Windows 2003 R2 native Active Directory Domain.

Any reason why netdiag woujld show a failure when tickets are present?
